What are those grey circles in Moldova, Ukraine and Georgia?

Cirlcles on the map correspond to small countries. I was surprised to see such cirles in Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia. Did Lithuania considered such formations as "Pridnestrovian moldavian republic" for the list of available countries? 5.58.222.109 (talk) 14:53, 12 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
