Notable shootout

[edit]

Given the circumstances and scale of this shootout, it shall be analyzed in great detail by multiple parties. Consider the FBI Miami shootout, the North Hollywood shootout, and contemporary ubiquity of smartphone cameras; there shall be a great many angles on this incident. kencf0618 (talk) 16:54, 7 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The relevance of the Californian North Hollywood shootout (1997) is not obvious from either article. If there are similarities which can be substantiated or have been identified by reliable sources these should be explained in the text of either or both articles. Meantime I have hidden the North Hollywood shootout in this article's "see also" list. BobKilcoyne (talk) 03:41, 5 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Shields

[edit]

There are numerous accounts of the police using the nearby cars as "human shields"[1] or "shields" [2]. This is relevant and should be added to the article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Internetronic (talkcontribs) 21:12, 8 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Deaths of innocent victims

[edit]

Were the two deaths of the innocent victims (the UPS driver and the bystander) a result of gunfire by the police? Or by the robbers? Do we know? Thanks. Joseph A. Spadaro (talk) 16:08, 9 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
