Why is this in drafts? This is nonsense.

I think the issue was that the sourcing wasn't of the best quality, I've found an RS that refered to the Doubles event specifically and accepted the re-submission. IffyChat -- 13:30, 1 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I agree that it's nonsense that moderators are removing entire articles instead of just tagging them for inadequate sourcing. I've stopped creating pages after the ones for "2019 Argentina Open" and "2019 New York Open" (as well as an old page - "2018 New York Open") were removed even though they reference both the ATP Tour site and the tournament website. The differing standards applied by Wikipedia moderators, the lack of an impartial appeals process, and the apparent refusal of some moderators (not Iffy, thankfully) to accept a format that's been used for all tennis tournament pages is infuriating.
