Resign-to-run[edit]

According to the Wiki page on resign-to-run, the U. S. Supreme Court in 1970 ruled that Florida‘s resign-to-run rule cannot be applied to candidates running for Congress, as that would be unconstitutional. Mhapperger (talk) 09:17, 6 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick[edit]

What do you think about classifying Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick as a major candidate. I mean she’s raised the most money because of her own self-spending, she’s gotten some media attention, and she’s polling higher than Bobby DuBose at the moment. I don’t care either way. Hastings endorsement[edit]

The claimed Hastings' endorsement of Holness is not supported as it is not mentioned in any public independent source. The mentioned reference says that Holness claims the endorsement not that it actually happened. It should therefore be removed. Hadi (talk) 10:17, 6 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I went ahead and removed this endorsement as this has not been contested by any other editors and the edit clearly violates the site's current endorsement criteria. --ArticleEditorFriend (talk) 01:43, 13 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
