Maps[edit]

Hello @Quinnnnnby:. Thanks for making the maps of both rounds results. The colors don't match those used for the candidates on the page, though. If possible, could you please modify it so that it match ? Cordially. Aréat (talk) 22:01, 14 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Preliminary result?[edit]

What do you mean @Number 57 with preliminary result? Pirc Musar won with a ca. 8% lead, the electoral commission announced her as the winner of the second and final round, Logar (the only rivaling candidate) conceded defeat, congratulated Pirc Musar to her future office and reports that she will be the first Slovenian president are all over. What else is needed that she wins the election? Paradise Chronicle (talk) 22:18, 15 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

It's because the vote totals are still not complete - only 99.99% counted. It's standard to have this heading until we have the full count. Cheers, Number 57 23:21, 15 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Isn't this WP:OR? Can you find a source for this "standard"? Because I can only find sources for her by the two candidates and the electoral commission accepted election so I am curious if there is a source for that standard. Paradise Chronicle (talk) 23:36, 15 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
What is OR? If you click on the source in the results table you can see it is only 99.99% counted. Number 57 23:50, 15 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
But where is a source for the "standard" not accept the announced winner? The electoral commission announced her the winner with over 50% voter share and ca. 8% more votes than the second who already accepted his defeat. Of the 00.01% won't come change in the result. Paradise Chronicle (talk) 23:59, 15 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
There seem to be a misunderstanding. Saying the results are preliminary doesn't mean the announced winner isn't accepted nor that the result can change in terms of winning candidate. The results are preliminary because they're not definitive, as in the exact number of votes can vary a bit. Which the source show clearly, not 100% of the votes having been counted.--Aréat (talk) 07:18, 16 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
