Cyclone Gabrielle

[edit]

I was wondering whether the impact to NZ from Gabrielle should have its own Wikipedia page, rather than having a section in Gabrielle's wiki page. It seems like there is just too much substantial material to cram into the article. Lord A.Nelson (talk) 01:14, 16 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The page isn't particularly large at the moment. You could separate the New Zealand content into subsections, perhaps as "Auckland-Northland", "Waikato-Bay of Plenty" and "Gisborne-Hawke's Bay", or alternatively by day, e.g. "13 February".-gadfium 01:38, 16 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Indeed. Once the main article gets too long, then it's time to split the New Zealand content off. Schwede66 07:11, 16 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Mama Hooch rape case

[edit]

I've made an entry for this one: Mama Hooch rape case, Wikidata Q126190087

It was one of the big stories of last year and was back on the news last night, which prompted me to look. My wife and I are still shell-shocked by it all as we know both Danny and Rob Jaz rather well. As such, I probably shouldn't touch this topic. It deserves an entry on this page, if not its own article. Schwede66 02:44, 30 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
