2098[edit]

I was just looking about, when I noticed the page for 2098 doesn't exist. All year pages from 1 - 2099 exist except for 2098. I'm new so I don't know how to make pages yet. Donut 2770 (talk) 06:49, 2 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Tesla's car[edit]

Editors are repeatedly adding the singularly uninteresting nearest approach of Tesla's car to earth. Does anyone actual think this would even be one of the more notable events predicted for 2091, nor to speak of the 2090s? — Arthur Rubin (talk) 15:48, 18 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I'm proposing that all years in this decade be merged in, as there is little that can be said about such years, and significant events can be merged into the year subsections of this article. The standard (for year article) headers, footers, and templates could be reconstructed when necessary, but probably not before 2070. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 20:07, 23 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Merge - as per proposal --Wakowako (talk) 05:06, 24 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Merge as per Arthur Rubin's rationale.Onel5969 TT me 11:35, 24 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Merge indefinitely until there is a demonstrated need to separate these subjects. signed, Rosguill talk 23:26, 24 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Merge No reason to have these short articles on individual years now. Hzh (talk) 00:03, 25 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Merge per nom. Would it be possible to create an equivalent of the second infobox of {{C21 year in topic}} to cover the entire decade - because this box is the only thing I like about these year articles. SD0001 (talk) 05:18, 26 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
SD0001, It should be possible; my LUA skills are not up to the task. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 01:38, 2 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
