From http://jp.youtube.com/watch?v=l9lk0B1p3k0 , "It is very difficult to young Scouts and leaders to take part in the Jamboree bidding, especially the 38th World Scout Conference in Jeju, Korea. It is not only because of fees, but also the time of the Conference is exam season in the most of schools. So, some of the young Scouts and leaders of Scout Association of Japan decided to contribute to the bidding by making a better website, to show the passion of young members to invite the 23rd World Scout Jamboree to Japan!

You may not have many chances to chat with young Scouts from Japan during the bidding process, but hopefully this short video show some aspects of Scouting in Japan, and also, our passion, very nice Jamboree candidate site, beautiful surroundings and programs that you can experience if the Jamboree comes to Japan!!"
