Emblems

Two emblems have been removed from the page:

One is a patch version of the emblem approved in 1971 and merely adds tabs with the motto and unit designation. It is otherwise inferior to the image added in the infobox.

The other is also a patch that is clearly associated with the 547th Night Fighter Squadron, but lacks any reliable source that would indicate it is not an after-the-fact patch made for veterans or collectors, or that it was ever used by the squadron. The specific identification of the unit in the patch indicates it was never official. This could be changed if supported by a WP:RS --Lineagegeek (talk) 23:21, 30 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
