[edit]Closure AVERTED
Text needs to be rewritten to make clear that the district no longer faces demolishment. The key informational line -- "by the end of 2007 it was decided that the area would continue in its current format of a special art zone" -- is way down in the last paragraph. Earlier paragraphs use present tense ("Influential members of the artist community and architects are lobbying") and perfect progressive tense ("attempts have been made to appeal to the developers' sense of economics"), thus suggesting to reader that closure is an ongoing political issue.--NinetyNineFennelSeeds (talk) 07:03, 24 May 2012 (UTC)
