Bizarre Citation for numbers & casualties at Franklin

I want to make note of the bizarre figures for Govan's Brigade strength and losses at Franklin.

"Govan's entire brigade numbered just 550 rifles and sustained 66% casualties during the Battle of Franklin".

Looking at the Official Records of the War of Rebellion Series I Volume XLV Part 1 page 680, it shows that as of December 13th (prior to the battle of Nashville), Govan's Brigade numbered 534 effectives. Considering how this brigade was on the front line of the assault and suffered at least 50% casualties (by the division's average), it's absurd to believe that Govan had only 550 effectives (as the terms "rifles" generally refers to effectives) at Franklin, or that it lost 66% of that number.

What I find most egregious about this is the citation (#24). As a source, the author of this webpage used an unsourced forum post from 2004.
