Kristallnacht or Kristallnacht?[edit]

This article uses "Kristallnacht" but the article on the event uses Kristallnacht. MOS:ETY says "Wikipedia prefers italics for phrases in other languages and for isolated foreign words that do not yet have everyday use in non-specialized English." I can't see any discussion about this at the peer review or the FAC, so thought I'd see what people thought. My instinct is to say that if it has to be described as the "so-called Kristallnacht" in the lead then it's not in everyday use and so should be in italics (and then we can drop the "so called" qualifier).
