Could someone find a reliable source, either contemporary to the film or later, where a noted film critic suggests that even by 1961, using a Westerner in prosthetics to portray an Asian, especially in the context of a seemingly serious drama about a serious subject, when already there were lots of quality Asian and Asian-American actors was (and certainly now is) patently offensive? 2600:1004:B142:DAF8:919E:882C:844:ADE4 (talk) 02:05, 29 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
