Page move

[edit]

shoudn't this page be moved to A Walk to Remember, as a disambig is not needed because there is currently no aricle on any other use of the phrase? --T-rex 01:34, 13 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

well if no one has an objection, I plan on moving it... --T-rex 03:16, 15 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

alright finally getting around to requesting this now --T-rex 23:38, 16 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Well, it's also a book, which I think surely deserves an article, so perhaps it should remain right here. --Thunderhead 07:56, 17 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Book?

[edit]

Where is the article on the book? The movie deviates a bit from the book version, for example, it is set in the 1950s and not the 1990s, and the final sentence of the book leaves the matter of Jamie's death to interpretation. Mike H. I did "That's hot" first! 03:04, 21 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Why was this page ever moved from A Walk to Remember (film)? When I came to this article I expected to find out about the book not the film! Kevin Judson 03:30, 10 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Move request

[edit]

It was requested that this article be renamed but the procedure outlined at WP:RM#How to request a page move did not appear to be followed, and consensus could not be determined. Please request a move again with proper procedure if there is still a desire for the page to be moved. Thank you for time! -- tariqabjotu 00:51, 22 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Why do you insist on making this complicated? I'll try to just find some friendly admin to take care of it... --T-rex 01:41, 22 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

A Walk to Forget

[edit]

In terms of negative criticism I recall the film being described as "A Walk to Forget". Perhaps if someone else knows of a suitable citation this humorous criticism could be included in the main article. -- Horkana 03:32, 1 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Proper order

[edit]

In the Plot section, the fact that the male lead has found the female lead's list of things she wants to do is mentioned twice, once before and once after pursuing a relationship. I haven't seen the movie so I don't know when that actually happened, but somebody who has seen it ought to erase the reference that's in the wrong place. Sleepsong (talk) 18:21, 20 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Spoiler warning

[edit]

I removed the spoiler warning from the article because the heading - plot - already makes it clear that there will be spoilers, and per the style guideline Wikipedia:Spoiler. Redundant information - not necessary. --Philosopher Let us reason together. 09:42, 25 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Onesidezero

[edit]

A band called Onesidezero was on the soundtrack with a song called Tapwater i tohught, someone should fix that. i cant cause i dont know a whole lot aboput it. 68.103.28.224 (talk) 18:43, 23 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Soundtrack

[edit]

I clean up the soundtrack section as someone had listed it as being incomplete due to the (assume) lack of Dancin' in the Moonlight by Toploader in the credits. As the song is in the list and has always been in the list, it's not incomplete so I changed the header for the listing of the soundtrack.75.89.232.141 (talk) 07:40, 3 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A Walk to RememberA Walk to Remember (film) – Although the film is now primary topic and more popular than the novel, two stories are loose from each other. Therefore, I propose that A Walk to Remember be a disambiguation page for two topics. --George Ho (talk) 05:20, 24 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Plot section doesn't make sense

[edit]

The page as of 07 January 1015 has an incoherent plot section due to edits on 18 December 2014.

What was the reason for this? The edit that removed much of the plot mentioned that the page was about to get tagged. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.188.148.19 (talk) 05:41, 8 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
