Weird[edit]

"of Zempelburg, West Prussia, formerly included in the kingdom of Poland". Weird, given the time frame of 17th century or earlier, so before the partitions. Perhaps this refers to the Royal Prussia? --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| talk to me 17:37, 1 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The wording is taken from a 1906 publication, so was using the geographical terminology that was current of its own time. I have rephrased it. Jheald (talk) 16:48, 3 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

"Shabbethai Hurwitz, rabbi of Prague"[edit]

Without being closer to the topic, I'm not sure whether this should link to Shabbethai Horowitz or to Shabtai Sheftel Horowitz, so I have left it as a red link.
