Abdul Latif Al Baghdadi
[edit]There is another person named "Abdul Latif Al Baghdadi" on Wikipedia who was one of the first to describe monuments of Egypt in the 12th century. His article is Abd-el-latif which should be renamed to Abdul Latif Al Baghdadi. So either we move both articles with (writer) and (politician) or we only add the description of one.--Diaa abdelmoneim (talk) 09:41, 25 July 2009 (UTC)
- I think we should move both articles and/or put a hatnote on top of each article saying this is about the ... for the ... see.... On a side note, should we upgrade this article to C-class? --Al Ameer son (talk) 16:58, 25 July 2009 (UTC)
- Why would it fail B-Class ? --Diaa abdelmoneim (talk) 17:07, 25 July 2009 (UTC)
- I don't think it's B-class just yet (I prefer it reach 10,000 KB). I'm about to expand the article some more, we'll upgrade it once that happens. --Al Ameer son (talk) 04:11, 26 July 2009 (UTC)
- Ok, now it's pretty much at 10,000 KB so I'm going to upgrade it.

Rank
[edit]Did Boghdadi continue to hold the rank of wing commander during the Suez Crisis? As the officer in charge of organizing Egyptian resistance along the canal, it seems unlikely that he would have held a rank equivalent to lieutenant colonel. Was he ever promoted to air marshal or general? Greenshed (talk) 19:48, 30 July 2010 (UTC)
