Dispersal = killing (terminology change due to court case and hanging of some whites for murder ... killing didn't stop, but were not so public). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 118.208.88.190 (talk) 05:40, 3 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The Sources of "Effect"

[edit]

I searched through the cited source [3] (https://aiatsis.gov.au/sites/default/files/catalogue_resources/63592.pdf) The wiki page says: "The Chief Protector described a "quadroon" as the "offspring" of a half-caste woman, by a "white, &c."" There were two mentions of quadroon in the source and this wasnt one of them, as far as I can tell theres essentially no legitimate source for the things in quotations in the first paragraph of the subheading "Effect" 60.226.175.94 (talk) 07:04, 26 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
