Death scene[edit]

"Charles Workman opened fire with his .38; before either of the Schultz gunners had been able to get off a single shot, Charles Workman had re-loaded his .38 twice, and all twelve bullets hit their marks."

The same guys who seconds later will get up, pull their guns and start chasing and firing at their assailants do nothing while he reloads?

And all the time it took him to do this Schultz is just standing at the urinal? This is a ridiculous claim, if they were down and immobile after the first six, he would have used the second six for head shots.

"Workman found Schultz in the bathroom, trying to finish up his business at the urinal."

Hard to believe Schultz heard all this shooting, reloading and further shooting, and is STILL at the urinal!!!

"Workman fired off two shots from his .45;"

Earlier he reloaded his .38, why bother if he was already carrying a .45 as well? Another ridiculous statement

"..it is likely that the rust off of the casing entered his blood stream in the process."

The only .45's involved were carried by Schultz men, the bullet that killed Schultz was more likely to have been accidental, a wild shot fired by one of his severely wounded men as they attempted to fight back.

"Workman returned to the back room, whereupon he discovered that Mendy Weiss had run out of the Palace Chophouse, followed miraculously by Rosenkrantz and Abe Landau,"

He "discoverd" this? What, is everyone in this story deaf or something? Workman couldn't hear the gunfire from the toilets? Another ridiculous statement. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Seveb (talkcontribs).
