Incorrect Naming?[edit]

Can anyone tell me why this article is listed under "Abu l-Hattar" rather than Abu l-KHattar? The Arabic is very clearly a خ in his name, and a simple "h" is not at all representative of his sound. Plenty of scholarly work that includes reference to him also has his name spelt as I've suggested. So - is there any reason why the name is listed this way, and is there resistance to me changing it?
