Timeline
I think the main timeline is not quite accurate - eg 5 PDA products, including the 2 links, before 2000

I added a couple of details to the timeline. There are no online references to back them but since I (along with John Maurer) was the one who did that work, those references would have come from me.
I just updated the name to Sage ACT! Professional and Premium, Changed SQL 2005 to 2008 and added a bit on ACT! 2011 ... will drop back later to cite reference sources
