More neutral POV (fixing "advertisement" language)

I'm looking for ideas on how to improve this article's language using the existing references (though I'm obviously open to further good citations). I based my writing for this article on Microsoft Launcher (one of the few other Android launchers with an article), and then expanded via a Timeline section. Would it be better to reduce the scope of the article to better convey a neutral POV?

I'm also now realizing that Microsoft Launcher was created by a user that was ultimately banned for using multiple accounts, and may have made Microsoft Launcher with self-promotion in mind, so the article may not be a good source of inspiration. Perhaps the Action Launcher article should be deleted instead of being improved? Anecdotally, I do think Action Launcher is notable enough to warrant a place on Wikipedia, though it may be debatable that it's had sufficient third-party coverage.
