Is it dead?[edit]

Is action semantics/Action Semantics dead? The OMG website no longer has any entries for it, the specification PDF is no longer available for download, and the official website, http://www.umlactionsemantics.org (registered to Kennedy Carter) - which has been mentioned in several whitepapers and research papers - doesn't provide any content anymore.
