deresinating

[edit]

The word deresinating is just thrown out there (based on a reference that I found to the history of the company), but we should find out exactly what the term means and what exactly the company did in its early days. I'd be thrilled if we could create an article that bridged rubber to the companies that do the processing. Perhaps a rubber processing, which this article could link to. -Harmil 15:20, 13 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

This sounds like a great idea for someone with the time and interest. Unfocused 15:43, 23 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Facts and citations

[edit]

Back in the day, I re-wrote this article in order to save it from a VfD (AfD is now the procedure's name). When I did so, I wasn't nearly as good about citing my sources as I am today, and I'm afraid that most of the sources that I used are lost at this point. I know that I was working off of press releases about corporate changes (location, etc.), and also from some news articles for the other elements of the article. At the time, the assertions about the use of their products were, to the extent that I could verify, true. When/if I have time, I'll see if I can dredge up some sources for those assertions again, but I welcome any one else to jump right in if they have the time. -Harmil 23:36, 6 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

No problem, I just came across the article while fixing a common spelling mistake ("amatuer") and it looked slightly spammy. Thanks. One Night In Hackney303 23:43, 6 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
