Questions about notability[edit]

Notability guidelines for artists:

  • The person has received notable awards or honors.
  • The person is regarded as an important figure or is widely cited by their peers or successors.
  • The person is known for originating a significant new concept, theory or technique.
  • The person has created a significant or well-known work, or collective body of work, which has been the subject of an independent book or feature-length film, or of multiple independent periodical articles or reviews.

Please provide a source that verifies that he meets one or more of these guidelines before removing the notability tag. --Onorem 10:24, 15 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove the notability tag for this article without discussing it here first. This article has been tagged since March 2007 and no further notability has been found. This article also lacks appropriate sources. If it is not cleaned up soon then I propose that it be nominated for deletion. Jenafalt (talk) 07:08, 17 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
