Analogues

[edit]

I have over 100 papers related to the 3-aryl-4(3H)-quinazolinone scaffold with a vast number of modifications on all 3 rings. Rather than a long list of pages, their are 6 positions that may be susbstituted. Would it be more logical to provide a QSAR for students. It would take a lot less space on Wikipedia and allow people to see the QSAR. A patent & cLogP & MW of each compound is sufficient for those skilled in the art to see the potency and an addition of notes on the rare examples that show unexpected results would prove the rule. 3 points on the quinazoline scaffold may be changed and 3 points on the 3-aryl.

Similar cases exist between the 1,4-benzodiazepine, 1,5-benzodiazepine and 4-phenyl-4H-benzo[d][1,3]oxazin-2-amine (Stresam) scaffolds so that whole groups can be shown on a single page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.99.74.135 (talk) 16:31, 26 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
