Why are some actors in red?[edit]

Please explain why some of the actors' names are in red. Thank you. Hambleton (talk) 03:09, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

They're dead links that don't link to a set up page. steveking89 21:00, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Marple (TV series)Agatha Christie's Marple — ITV uses the full title throughout its advertising for the series. U-Mos (talk) 12:49, 14 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Comment — There have been at least 3 TV series of Agatha Christie's Miss Marple stories. --Una Smith (talk) 03:08, 15 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the move request was: not moved. "Agatha Christie's Marple" appears to be a plausible WP:COMMONNAME, based on the external links in the article and on the Google search link below. -- JHunterJ (talk) 13:27, 18 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Agatha Christie's MarpleMarple (TV series)Relisted. Favonian (talk) 23:49, 8 February 2012 (UTC) The TV screen reads "Agatha Christie: Marple", not "Agatha Christie's Marple". The main basic title of the series is "Marple", the author or originator does not nescessarily belong to the title. Otherwise we'd have to move Miss Marple (TV series) to "Agatha Christie's Miss Marple (TV series)". Also: Isn't "Agatha Christie's Marple" actually the character Miss Marple? The title "Marple (TV series)" would be unambiguous [bfi link with titles listed] E-Kartoffel (talk) 17:00, 1 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose. The above sounds logical but it doesn't actually relate to WP:AT at all, and when I Google "Agatha Christie's Marple" "Geraldine McEwan" -Wikipedia [1] I get 133,000 ghits which my not be conclusive but in the absence of any shred of relevant evidence supporting the move it's a case to answer. Air Dates.[edit]

I have no links with which to back this up, but i believe the air dates of series 3 to be wrong (for britain) they were never aired in scotland, because stv decided to be a prick, but they did air in england, all four of them, in 2007/8 (not 2009) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 188.221.73.75 (talk) 10:01, 2 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

many non-cited statements[edit]

most notified: "It is unlikely that The Case of The Caretaker will be filmed due to its similarities to Endless Night, which was filmed for the sixth series" - this is just an personal interpretation by unknown author - why in an encyclopedia?? 47.64.224.191 (talk) 08:48, 24 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Reaction[edit]

Although the article says negative reactions all round i've found mixed to positive reviews by fans and critics. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 115.70.0.120 (talk) 11:36, 27 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
