Prerequisites lacking.[edit]

The prerequisites are not explained. Specifically, it is not clear whether or not Ω is allowed to be any subset of R3 (or of R2); or, rather, the lack of qualifier indicates that indeed Ω os completely arbitrary. However, if Ω is not even measurable, I do not think that the accompanying notation is meaningful. (You can not assume that employing the letter Ω immediately implies that the subset is e. g. open.)
