Nominating this article for deletion is a drastic step to take for such a new article. The Hebrew article makes it clear that Aharon Levran's contribution is worthy of inclusion in an encyclopedia; so it is rather absurd to nominate it for deletion anyway. I am loth to simply copy the machine translation from Hebrew into English and paste it here because I don't know that machine translations are very trustworthy (the one that I did at that article got Aharon Levran's name wrong). So, could somebody who knows both Hebrew and English do that? Transferring the references to en:WP would be an especially arduous chore for somebody who does not know Hebrew, and they have to be imported, too.
