The result of the move request was: moved to Air Cuba. (non-admin closure) Steel1943 (talk) 07:14, 4 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Air Cuba (band)Cuba (band) – According to the lead, they are also referred to as "Air Cuba", according to this, their name is "Cuba". Also, the second option is to move it to Air Cuba. "Air Cuba" redirects here, then it should be moved there per WP:PRECISION. If "Air Cuba" refers to Cubana de Aviación, then the redirect should go there, not here, as there's no reason why the band should be primary than the airline. Tbhotch. Grammatically incorrect? Correct it! See terms and conditions. 06:22, 18 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

As for the second option the real Air Cuba probably isn't notable, it's a tiny cargo charter operation out of Doral, Florida, but as below people get confused with Air Cubana. In ictu oculi (talk) 15:23, 18 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

ISLA - Volume 35 1987 - Page 178 "Air Cuba is planning to purchase aircraft to expand its routes to Western Europe and Latin America (the new weekly service to Buenos Aires which opened last year quadrupled the number of Argentinian visitors to over 6,000 last year).

  • Move to Air Cuba. I had initially closed this as a move to Cuba (band), but I've found a source that suggests this may not be for the best. AllMusic has two entries for this group: "Cuba" and "Air Cuba". The former is only rudimentary and the album cover clearly says "Air Cuba". The latter explains that the group's original name was "Cuba" and they switched it to "Air Cuba" in 1999, before they released their album. As such, it appears they're most notable as "Air Cuba". However, as Air Cuba already redirects here and there aren't any ambiguous articles, the "(band)" needs to be removed. A {{confuse}} tag can be added to distinguish from Cubana de Aviación.--Cúchullain t/c 15:30, 28 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
