I believe Aircel is all set to be the last company in the current rat race of all the service provided in India...and I have got very strong reasons to believe so.

Eversince I have got this connection I get 7 phone calls in a language that I do not understand promoting AIRCEL. This is apart from 5 text messages that I get on daily basis.

When called their helpline number ... was told that it will take 45 days for this nuisance created by AIRCEL to stop. So that means that I will have to switch off the mobile for another 45 days. While I understand that it can take 45 days for calls from other telemarketing companies to stop but why from AIRCEL

If the company is so insensitive towards their customers then I am sure that AIRCELs dream of becoming the top service provider will remain a dream.

Customer Care Calls Getting Charged

I am using aircel since 2year past 6 months whenever i call some one usually it will be a network failure and also for some problem if we call customer care they charge for each call.
