Historic Azerbaijan or the Republic of Azerbaijan?[edit]

Hey Cplakidas, a small question; is the "Azerbaijan" in the lede supposed to refer to Azerbaijan (Iran) (i.e. historic Azerbaijan / Iranian Azerbaijan), or the Republic of Azerbaijan (i.e. Arran / Shirvan / Caucasian Albania)? - LouisAragon (talk) 12:59, 22 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi LouisAragon, the former, I forgot to change it; I try to use the form "Adharbayjan" to avoid confusion in all similar articles, but in this period, Azerbayjan either way refers only to it, not the area of the modern country. --Constantine ✍ 14:03, 22 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
