Lebanon or Yemen.

[edit]

Both the minister of communication and the minister of media of Lebanon have dismissed what the Asharq Al-awsat has reported about that Al-Masirah is based on Lebanon.[1] Asharq Al-awsat is also known for reporting a lot of false news. --SharabSalam (talk) 23:50, 8 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, we can add that Lebanon's minister denies the broadcast through Beirut. Multiple sources, which are not ashraq al awsat, state it broadcasts through Beirut. [2] [3] [4] [5] Wikiemirati (talk) 05:27, 9 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Wikiemirati: All of these sources aren't reliable and biased and the fact that the ministers of Lebanon have dismissed all of these allegations is enough to prove that these allegations are fake and that Al-Masirah is in Sana'a according even to Al-Masirah itself. Plus saying that al-Mannar is similar to Al-Masirah is also a POV.--SharabSalam (talk) 08:04, 9 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Saying multiple different sources are all unreliable is a POV by itself. Wikipedia is an encylopedia so we include reliable sources per WP:VER. You state Al Masirah is in Sanaa but have provided no source of it and instead removed multiple reliable sources. I agree saying Al Manar is similar to Al masirah is POV and we can remove that. Wikipedia is not WP:CENSORED so please refrain from removing citations because you think they are fake. Thanks Wikiemirati (talk) 13:45, 9 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Wikiemirati: All of these sources are biased sources the location of Almasirah in Yemen is not exactly known and it was once in 2016 reported [6] that Al-Masirah was hit by a US-backed Saudi airstrike in Yemen. Also Almasirah isn't the only channel that is in Yemen that support Houthis. There are Saba',Aden, Yemen TV channels there. And thank you for admitting that saying Al-Manar is similar to Al-Masirah. --SharabSalam (talk) 14:18, 9 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
You can't say all these sources are biased and provide no reliable source to counter them. Just because you don't agree with them doesn't mean they are biased. If its not known then why are we saying its in Sana'a? and if it was bombed them how is it still operating? All other reliable source say its in Beirut, or at least headquartered in Beirut. I have not found sources which state Saba',Aden, Yemen TV channels are in Yemen or Lebanon so I can't comment on that or I don't know. All what I know, is that reliable sources state Al Masirah is in Beirut and therefore merits inclusion in Wikipedia. I have moved Television in Yemen link in See Also alphabetically as per MOS:SEEALSO, however you can move it back if you disagree I won't edit war due to that reason. However, removing reliable sources is against Wikipedia core policy WP:VER. Please don't remove reliable sources. Now that this is said, I believe we are done here.
