Meets NGEO?[edit]

@Alexandermcnabb The first source is a database, yes, but it is a government source that indicates some 4000 people live in this area. From the external links and such, it supports that this as the jurisdiction/legally recognized place seems to meet WP:NGEO. Of course, I'm not an expert on the UAE, so if this is just a census tract-like statistical area, that'd make more sense to delete.

Shame that it's made by a sock, but doesn't necessarily mean the article inherits his bad faith, right? I've removed the more poorly sourced materials, including the Mai Dubai (which isn't sourced here or its own page) and the bibliography as mentioned. Hey, EmeraldRange The only habitation in the areas Yalayis 1-5 is Mira, which is a housing development. I would not expect an article on Mira - itself a subsection of Emaar's 'Reem' housing development - to survive AfD, let alone one on Yalayis sourced to a population count in a statistical database and a database entry in a property sales website (Bayut). The only honest things in this article are "a non-urban area in the central area of Dubai" (not the city, the Emirate) and "The territory is mostly desert" - so I reckon AfD is where we go now...
