The preface to The Bread Builders gives an impression of Wing as something quite different from an "apprentice"--at very least, something closer to an ex-apprentice. This should be given weight in the article in some form (even if not using the "super apprentice" moniker, which is in quotation marks in the original, I believe). The book does not appear to have be like a journal article with a lead investigator and then students, but closer to the work of equals--this is not conveyed in the current draft.
