@DESiegel: I see you marked this article as patrolled. As it stands now the sources aren't great (including lots of Wikipedia citations) and some questionable writing (according to who has it "been characterized by a simplicity of language, inclined to report the news by respecting journalistic ethics, monitoring information sources, and constantly searching for the truth."?) My English search came up empty, but perhaps you found something I didn't or were able to verify better information using Swiss and Albanian sources?
