Obviously most, if not all, reliable sources for yer man will be in Spanish. The fact that there is little, or even no, stuff in English does not reduce anyone's notability, it merely highlights the lack of media coverage of art forms in other, non-English-speaking countries. The fact that there are interwiki links on the article should, of course be enough for good faith & common-sense assertion of notability, albeit not conclusive.
