Multiple Issues[edit]
I have slightly expanded the lead section. I think it is an appropriate length for a small article, but if anyone believes there is something in the main text that should be in the lead, please leave a note. I can't see anything about the layout that conflicts with the Manuel of Style, but again please leave a note if there is. Accordingly, I am removing the multiple issues tag. Susanna Temple Maid of honour to Queen Anne of Denmark[edit]
The statement that Susanna Temple was maid of honour to Queen Anne of Denmark (wife of James I & VI) was added recently by User:Unoquha. This appears in a number of sources, but I am not aware of any primary source that supports it. I believe the confusion may have arisen as a result of an early mis identification of the sitter in a portrait of Susanna Temple. I believe that it was Susan's grand daughter Sarah (Duchess of Marlborough) who was maid of honour to Princess Anne of Denmark before she became Queen Anne.
