Comment Oleksii Oliinyk was the stable title from 2018 to 2025. A quick look at sources shows that other spellings exist. Is this really the WP:COMMONNAME? 162 etc. (talk) 20:44, 28 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

  Not that absolutely. We had Kyiv pushed against fiery resistance despite majority of native English uses was Kiev.   this person is Ukrainian and his preferred spelling in ukrainian and this is the transliteration from Ukrainian. Do you want me to cite the transliteration rules?
