Can someone put the 2007 info? I tried, but couldn't get the formatting working.Please check out www.firstgiving.com/douglasawh (until March 20th 2007). The event benefits the kids at www.hoop-dreams.net! 04:34, 13 March 2007 (UTC)

Are semifinals played?[edit]

It seems to me that (at least in 2007) there are no semifinals but the winners of A and B groups (Denmark and USA) go straight to the final match.

overall table is needed[edit]

National_team_appearances_in_the_FIFA_World_Cup#Overall_team_records please dont delete overall table. for fifa because of importance create new page for overall table, but Algarve Cup ( minor tournament ) isnt need to independent article , also this article isnt very long. not delete useful table that waste over 4 hours of my time. this policy Wikipedia:What_Wikipedia_is_not#Wikipedia_is_not_an_indiscriminate_collection_of_information isnt clear and this table not violate laws. you can see it: UEFA_Women's_Championship#General_Statistics,National team appearances in the FIFA Women's World Cup. if you think this table is Unnecessary , creat a new article for table. thanks. @Callofworld: I boldly reverted your edit because i considered the addition of another giant table is turning the article into a statistics compendium, which is not what Wikipedia is for (under WP:NOTSTATS). I feel there is an element of frustration that this single edit took so much of your time, but that in itself is not a reason for the table's noteworthiness. Such a table for FIFA world cups (Men/Women) may be warranted due to the high importance of the event, but not for every minor tournament. Do other editors feel this table is warranted, or sets a precedence for every minor tournament to have this level of statistical detail ? Matilda Maniac (talk) 22:09, 9 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Matilda Maniac: it is your Personal impressions from (under WP:NOTSTATS), this policy isnt Necessary for all articles, Nature of sport event article have a many statistics, it isnt statistics compendium, this table is The most important part of this article. Algarve Cup isnt minor tournament or every tournament, Algarve Cup after world cup and olymipcs is third important tournament of womens football. because number of teams in table (35) is big you think very long. dont delete table . if you think is long , first create a seperate page and transfer to it. yes it is need for complete , and Algarve Cup isnt minor but minor than world cup but it is important. your personal taste not apply here. if your idea about WP:NOTSTATS is correct, all of table of articles Had been removed.
