"best known as"[edit]

Isn't she arguably "best known as" the girl from the Doritos campaign?

--IRelayer 13:12, 11 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Well, I've never seen any Doritos ad campaign, but I every year we do have the Miss USA pageant televised here, and that's where I know her from. BTW, I am not in America, and I would tend to think American ad campaigns wouldn't travel as much as the Miss USA and Miss World pageants do travel. So no, I have to strongly disagree with you there. 155.143.221.252 06:30, 17 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
How did you NOT see that campaign? Oh, probably because you're not in America. However, that is why she became much more famous. I didn't think there was any argument about that. It's like a commonly accepted fact here in the USA. Billywhack 03:27, 1 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

ive actually never seen her in anything BUT the doritos ads. who is she?! she is certainly not a famous actress outside of that context.

more importantly, what RACE is she? usually wiki profiles make clear when someone is "half-filipina", "half-indonesian", etc., but her entry doesn't even address her asian half. cf the entries for mark-paul gosselier, kristen kreuk, etc.

i am assuming CHINESE from her looks, but it would be nice to know for sure.

jacob

nope. How ignorant of races can you guys be. she's latina! Of latina ancestry...and just so you know, I know her because she was in the I DO video for 98 degrees wearing a wedding gown! Sheesh! I am from America. Punkymonkey987 (talk) 04:22, 2 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
It says she is Acadian (Cajun), nothing about Latina - might want to get a citation for that (if its true). 05:18, 3 November 2015 (UTC)

Infidelity[edit]

It was widely reported at the time that the reason she and Mario Lopez split was because he cheated on her. I think it was even at his bachelor party right before they got married. Can anybody find a link. I just saw this the other day on one of those VH1 specials and it made me think about adding it here. Unfortunately, the edit Nazis don't like that. Billywhack 03:27, 1 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Nevermind, added link with source. Billywhack 04:11, 1 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

would a PICTURE of this MODEL be relevant?[edit]

Once again, typical WP BS where someone famous specifically for her looks doesn't have a picture Wikipedia.

Undoubtedly, there have been several Fair Use pictures of her here, and no doubt they were removed by the copyright zealots to satisfy their political agendas.

Way to go, ideologues!

Anyone dare to upload a picture and piss the © freaks off again? --Dan 05:42, 16 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
