Is it the same Alice Law who wrote a book about the Brontes?

[edit]

In my research, I came across some info that is not clear enough for me to add to the wiki entry but perhaps someone else with more knowledge/research skills might find useful. There is a publication written by an "Alice Law" in 1923 about some theory related to the Bronte sisters that their brother was not given credit for his involvement in their work. A copy of the original publication is here A more modern re-publication of the book gives biographic details of the author and claims it is the same Alice Law as is the subject of this wikipedia entry, however this is "self-publishing" so I don't know that it is accurate http://www.flower-ed.it/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=179

In the bio for the author (of the modern version), it says that Alice's father William Law "collected paintings, manuscripts and rare books, among which numerous finds were found in the Brontë family. These were the so-called Law Collection of Rochdale, inherited by his nephew Alfred." Elsewhere online there are references to the significance of the "Law Collection" however I can't see any definite evidence that the William Law who collected it is the same as the father of Alice Easton Law (could be a different William Law/ different Alice Law). I have not found any explanation of why Alice her sister and mother went to New Zealand without her father - which might help to find out whether it is the same person or not.
