Assessment

[edit]

An article about an artist without their artwork? For this one it should be easier since he was employed by the US Federal Government. Works produced by someone in the course of their employment for the US Federal Government are in the public domain. I added one image, but there should be others available like that, look around. The sections that are there are sparse - for example, personal life describes his employment, that's not really personal life, personal life is family, children, parents, relationships, hobbies, things outside work. I also recommend improving the references - give details about each one, date, author, etc. WP:CITE should say how. There is an interview with Crite for the Smithsonian - again, public domain - http://www.aaa.si.edu/collections/oralhistories/transcripts/crite79.htm#Crite1 that can be used for more references. This article has been greatly improved in the last month - it's a B class now, since it has multiple sections, fair references, an image - but can be improved even more with more information in the sections, more images, and better references. --AnonEMouse (squeak) 15:52, 21 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
