[edit]I work for Volta, an Antwerp-based communication agency and have written this page on behalf of Allnex.--EleonoreVolta (talk) 14:06, 5 January 2016 (UTC)

In 2014 Allnex has recorded zero process safety incidents – explosions or major fires, accidents resulting in lost time due to injury or fatality, or leakage of hazardous chemicals beyond UN containment thresholds.[14] In late 2014, EcoVadis awarded Allnex a silver CSR (corporate social responsibility) rating." If Allnex is OHSAS 18001 certified, reporting about accidents, fatalities or injuries is not enough. Based on clauses 3.8 and 3.9 in OHSAS 18001:2007 one can build an incident classification: Incidents where ...
1.1.1.1 ... physical ill health occurred,
1.1.1.2 ... physical ill health worsened,
1.1.2.1 ... physical ill health could have occurred,
1.1.2.2 ... physical ill health could have worsened,
1.2.1.1 ... mental ill health occurred,
1.2.1.2 ... mental ill health worsened,
1.2.2.1 ... mental ill health could have occurred,
1.2.2.2 ... mental ill health could have worsened,
2._.1._ ... injury occurred,
2._.2._ ... injury could have occurred,
3._.1._ ... fatality occurred,
3._.2._ ... fatality could have occurred.
Please do not neglect the incidents related to ill health.
- You also mentioned EcoVadis. The EvoVadis reports are very detailed. Does Allnex disclose the "Premium Report" to the own employees? EcoVadis does not do site audits. They evaluate what their customers tell them. There are several pages on "LABOR PRACTICES & HUMAN RIGHTS (LAB)" in the report and therefore it should be disclosed to the employees of the assessed employer. --DL5MDA (talk) 19:13, 1 September 2016 (UTC)
