Founding and history[edit]

I would like to hear more about the founding and history of the ASBH beyond a mere list of its Presidents (perhaps a narrative about its founders and founding) and a list of its Lifetime Achievement Awardees (from its 1998 inception). If one were to 'scope out the work' tasks required to complete such an article enhancement, how feasible might that article development be(come)?
