There is a link to Amy-Bruckner.net (a fansite) and that site is no longer in operation... is this a reason to remove the link?

I dont wanna remove anything unless someone concurrs with me. HeathersAngel 03:50, 20 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • The article suggests her birth date to be April 10, 1993, matching that of Amanda Michalka (her article says April 10, 1991). That is not, however, my main concern. My main concern is that IMDB lists her birth date as March 28, 1991. Could this possibly be fixed?
  • Also, there are errors with two external links other than the one mentioned in another post on this page, the amybruckner.net link: the Notable Names Database link does not work at all and the TV.com link links to a page about Craig Anton. Chances are the link goes to the wrong ID number. This should also be fixed.

I disagree on the whole birthday/age thing. If she was born in 1993, that would make her 14 now, which means she would have been like 11-12 in Phil of the Future.. and she looked older than that in the show. I don't wanna change it, because I don't want to engage in an edit war. Do you think we can find a reliable source to prove her birthdate? Also, I'll check the external links too. Don't forget, you can always make the change yourself if you're comfortable doing so. Rockerbaby 03:03, 2 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I fixed the TV.com link. I also removed the NNDB link (it appears THEY deleted her record), and removed the AmyBruckner.net link (dead link). Thanks for bringing this to our attention! Rockerbaby 03:12, 2 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I've had to remove the NNDB link again. With her birthday, just find one, or if necessary two, sources that have her birthdate. (Note the NNDB and IMDb aren't reliable sources.) Acalamari 01:47, 5 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sources for Amy's birthday

[edit]

Per a discussion with User:Acalamari, I have located two sources for Amy's birthday, and have changed it accordingly in the article:

Can you find a better one than the IMDb anywhere? If you don't know how to add sources I can add them into the article for you. Acalamari 03:01, 5 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I'll keep looking, and will also <ref> the tv.com reference for now. When I find another source, I will note it here as well. Rockerbaby 03:05, 5 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Found a press release from Disney! http://www.disneychannelmedianet.com/web/showpage/showpage.aspx?program_id=3112295&type=bruckner Rockerbaby 03:11, 5 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
