"An Actor's Life For Me" was originally a song

[edit]

From "Pinocchio". Surprised that this fact is not mentioned in the article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.156.211.87 (talk) 12:13, 28 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thats because the article is about the TV series not a song.--UpDown (talk) 13:05, 28 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Came here to mention the same point. There should be a disambiguation message (for when an article title can have multiple meanings) at the top of the page. The reason that there isn't one is probably because nobody has yet written a Wikipedia page on that song yet. Sometimes there isn't a Wikipedia page for a song because the song is on an album that's already is covered by Wikipedia, and also sometimes there isn't one because - for example - the film it came from is covered elsewhere. Also, there's not always much to say about a song in an encyclopedia! Because of all this, the article on "An Actor's Life For Me" should at least mention the song that it got its title from. Explaining that to the original poster would have been helpful. With respect, original poster is right (and even though it was three years ago) the reply above is rather ungracious. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.179.39.3 (talk) 18:59, 15 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I concur with the poster above. The user "UpDown" seems to be displaying the usual (often typically misplaced) arrogance of Wikipedia members. That's why I'll never sign up here.
