2005 and 2006 updates

[edit]

I plan on inputing the contents of http://www.whocc.no/filearchive/word/new2005.doc soon (within the next few weeks). Matt 02:10, 7 Jun 2005 (UTC)

The 2006 updates should all be included now. Matt 21:30, 1 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I didn't include this when merging: "... is a classification system for drug substances that is maintained by the WHO Division of Drug Management and Policies (DMP)." "Used in Sweden, Czech republic. It is also used in WHO Essential Medicines Library." --Micha 14:35, 26 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

When was Wikipedia updated last?

[edit]

The atc/ddd system is a yearly publication. In 2008-01 a new version was published at http://www.whocc.no/atcddd. They also publish yearly lists with changes and new codes with regard to the previous version.

ATC 2009 updates and ATCvet

[edit]

The 2009 updates are now included, as well as the ATCvet codes (except for ATCvet code QI02 to ATCvet code QI20 now included. ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 19:46, 16 July 2009 (UTC)). Some of the older 5th level additions (2007, 2008) might still be missing, though. --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 12:51, 22 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

ATC/ATCvet update 2010

[edit]

The ATC update 2010 is now implemented. The ATCvet update hasn't been published yet, but I'll keep an eye on it. --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 19:28, 27 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

ATCvet update 2010 implemented. Wikipedia is faster than the WHO ;-) --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 09:35, 28 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

ATC/ATCvet update 2011

[edit]

ATC update 2011 included. ATCvet 2011 is not yet published. --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 15:01, 1 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

ATCvet update 2011 implemented. --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 14:51, 19 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Updates after 2011

[edit]

The latest updated year is now shown in an info box at the top of this page. If you update the ATC(vet) lists, please make sure to change {{ATC codes lead/UpdateYear}} and {{ATC codes lead/UpdateYear vet}} to reflect your updates. Thanks, ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 18:53, 29 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Proposal: WHO ATC vs. EPhMRA ATC

[edit]

Can we add some clarification between the WHO ATC and the very similar, but slightly different, EPhMRA ATC?

Maybe a link to a Wiki page for the EPhMRA classifications or a line about "not to be confused with". I often refer to the EPhMRA codes as simply 'ATC' and can't be the only one who has come to this page looking for the wrong code set.

I'm not an expert, but I found this article on the subject: http://www.ephmra.org/user_uploads/who-atc%202013%20final.pdf

Thanks for pointing this out! I must admit I've never heard of that classification. I will try to do a bit of reading and add some information here. We don't even have an article on the EPhMRA... --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 19:42, 5 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
