This article is in good shape. I have a few comments:

suggest hyphenating predreadnought
strictly speaking the 1900s is 1900 to 1909, so "built in the first decade of the 1900s" doesn't work. Suggest "built in the first decade of the twentieth century" or "built in the 1900s"
link change orders in the lead
"to modernize the ~~sister~~ ships"
I think the outcome of the March 16, 1917, mutiny needs to be included in the lead.
"12- and 8-inch guns in twin-gun turrets" is an odd way to describe armament. Could you break it down more?
"two of the Borodino-class ships"
"by the designers ~~will~~would add"

suggest dropping the decimal place from 80.0 ft in the infobox, also the conversions of the beam don't match
the draught measurements don't match
perhaps put the deep load displacement range in the infobox
the crew numbers also don't match (out by one)
are we using the sea trial speed in the infobox, in which case it needs tweaking
"had a range of 22,000 yards"

I'm not seeing the main gun turret armor range in the infobox reflected in the body
where does the lower range of the casemates in the infobox come from?
why italics for "four 3-inch Lender anti-aircraft guns"

suggest "On June 13–15, together with the dreadnought Petropavlovsk, the ship bombarded Fort Krasnaya Gorka, whose garrison had mutinied against the Bolsheviks."
the licence for File:Pervozvanny class diagrams Brasseys 1912.jpg needs work, no author, so a post70+ tag won't work. Seems to me that PD-UK and PD-1996 would work in combination?
I don't think the tags on File:Andrey Pervozvanny hull.jpg are ok, according to the page, it was first published in 2003?
Same for File:Evolution of Andrey Pervozvanny 1903-1904-1908.jpg first published in 1996?
- I dunno, these are obviously archival images, or were redrawn from archived drawings, of the Imperial Russian Navy, which didn't exist after 1917, and since the USSR was not the legal successor of the Russian Empire, I'm inclined to think that they're subject to the copyright law of the Russian Empire for unpublished documents, whatever that was.
