I question the accuracy of this article. It's the exact same article which appears on the Turks-Caicos Creole page, and given that this creole is called "Anguillan Creole," it seems more likely that it would be a creole language spoken on Anguilla. As there are no references cited for either one, it's impossible to verify quickly.
