"Clonsilla and Blanchardstown"?[edit]
The Anna Livia (Chapelizod) Bridge does not carry local traffic from Blanchardstown or Clonsilla. It's part of the former N4 (prior to that T3) route, whose suburbs west of Chapelizod are Palmerstown, Lucan, Leixlip, Celbridge, Maynooth, Kilcock et cetera. You can reach Chapelizod from Clonsilla and Blanchardstown, but you'd have to go via Castleknock (for the latter) or Luttrellstown and Porterstown (for the former) and go via Martin's Row; you won't cross the bridge in either case.
